He said in a interview for «morning» that activating the partnership between the public and private sectors require the existence of an economic vision based on a thorough understanding of the needs of the national economy , current and future, particularly thestructural transformation of reducing the oil sector 's contribution to gross domestic product, as well as to raise the contribution of gross non - oil through the activation of the role of the private sector in productive activity.
He noted that the wording of the roles and distribute between the public and private sector in Iraq linked to the dominance of the state of the resource - oil economic surplus, the imposition of a reality devoted to the dominance of the public sector and theremoval of the private sector or neutralize all economic activity and the sources ofaccumulation and multiple potential to achieve growth.
