    the Foreign Relations Committee in the House of Representatives near
    the exit of Iraq from the provisions of Chapter VII, stressing that
    there are four remaining files are being settled with the Kuwaiti side,
    which in turn stressed its support for ridding Iraq of international
    sanctions, believing it to be certain.

    decree allowing Kuwaiti citizens wishing to travel to Iraq through the
    port land (Abdali) or by air via Kuwait airport without having to obtain
    a permit or permission to enter».

    She added that according to the
    decision of the Kuwaiti citizen does not need when traveling to Iraq
    only to obtain a valid visa by the Iraqi embassy in Kuwait, as well as
    the presence of a valid passport.

    She said this decision was
    implemented with effect from last Wednesday to facilitate the Kuwaiti
    citizens when traveling to Iraq without extraction permit to enter.

    I agree. there's still work to be done. However on the 15th the UNSC will have a debate on this... & Threats to International peace has a lot to do with Iraq & CH7 .. Maybe they'll include Iraq in this debate. ... Also this little piece of announcement is just about at the very top of this pdf.
