Twilight News Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi / said on Tuesday that crude oil prices will not reach the "desired levels" for Iraq before the end of 2018 or in 2019.
He told a news conference "Demand has increased, which has helped to raise prices but will not return to the level of 2013", when crude was above $ 100 a barrel.
