    She said the parliamentary Finance Committee, that the reasons for the delay in the arrival of the general budget for 2014 to the House of Representatives because of the high ceiling of the demands of the Kurds within the Council of Ministers.

    A member of the Committee Amin Hadi Abbas, "Brief news center", that "the vote on the budget is witnessing sharp differences between the political blocs, because most of them trying to get a huge financial allocations."

    He guessed Amin "delay in approving the budget to the next month of March," noting that "one of the strongest differences that prevent the vote on is because oil revenues issued by the Kurdistan without delivery of imports to the federal government."

    The Ministry of Finance announced in Iraq (October 19 current) for the completion of Iraq's budget for the year (2014), which showed that the total budget (174) trillion dinars and a deficit of up to 27 trillion.
