The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Sunday the release of loans to citizens for the purpose of building or rehabilitating housing units damaged by terrorist and military operations, according to a decision of the Council of Ministers.

"
On the other hand, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Cabinet Decision No. 314 of 2017, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers issued a decree in which it was decided to form a Higher Committee headed by the Director General of the Government Coordination and Citizens Affairs Department of the Secretariat and the members of the Ministries of Higher Education and Scientific Research Interior, Planning, Finance, Health, Electricity, Industry, Minerals, Agriculture, Transport and Communications, in addition to the Ministry of Oil), coordinates between the newly formed departments in the ministries to ensure that the technical regulations prepared by the newly created departments do not violate the regulatory and quality policy.
