Parliamentary Energy: oil wealth, sovereign and paragraph 12 of the Constitution has identified management
Baghdad - and babysit - A member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary Ali Fayad that the oil wealth is the property of all the Iraqi people and thus are considered sovereign.
Fayad said in an interview (public opinion), on Sunday, "Article XII - paragraph 2 of the Constitution stipulates that the central government and the provincial government and local governments in the oil-producing provinces are drawn own policies in the management of oil wealth." Adding that "this material is considered competent in managing the country's oil wealth and thus on all sides to coordinate among themselves about it."
Fayad said that we wish we were there to be intervention by the House of Representatives to decide the dispute between Baghdad and Erbil respect of the management of oil wealth in Iraqi Kurdistan ... p / i
