    On Sunday, legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi said that the caretaker government could not appoint general managers or make appointments and certify them. Otherwise, this is a violation of the law and can be challenged before the administrative court.
    Al-Tamimi said in a statement to the "information", that "the caretaker government, whether the prime minister or the ministers and their ranks are not entitled to employment or appointment or to sign agreements and contracts."
    He added, "The caretaker positions have the function of running the affairs of the country, and every action taken to the contrary can be appealed before the Administrative Court, where he will have the word of dismissal."
