The head of the Crisis Cell in Basra, the governor, Asaad Al-Eidani, instructed all security forces in Basra to allow owners of the master and key card outlets to carry out their work from 8 am to 2 pm.
A press statement issued by Al-Aidani's private media office, contained for Al-Mirbad, said that this measure comes for the purpose of facilitating the process of handing salaries to beneficiaries who receive salaries using the ironing and master card.
