    The media office of the head of the cell said, in a statement received / information /, that “Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi, the first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, chaired the seventh meeting of the Parliamentary Crisis Cell charged with following up the Diwaniya 55 Committee charged with confronting the Corona epidemic, in the presence of the cell’s rapporteur, Jawad al-Musawi and head of the committee Parliamentary Peace Salam Al-Shammari, Chairman of the Human Rights Committee, Arshad al-Salihi, and a number of members of the cell and members of Parliament from various committees.
    The statement added, "The cell hosted during the meeting today, Minister of Planning Nuri Al-Dulaimi, and Minister of Agriculture Saleh Al-Hassani, to stand on the readiness of the two ministries for the next stage to confront the Corona epidemic and the existing challenges related to reducing the burden on the vulnerable families and vulnerable segments of the country."
    The two ministers reviewed their programs and plans during the current and future stage.
    The Minister of Agriculture assured the Iraqi people of "the existence of self-sufficiency and strategic storage for most crops and agricultural products, including wheat, barley and poultry production," stressing "to continue to rely on local products and to close the import in a way that is produced locally."
    The cell, together with the ministers of planning and agriculture, took "a number of decisions and recommendations to the government that would reassure the Iraqi street and address the effects of the embargo and stay in homes."
    The cell pointed out, "The Cabinet and the Minister of Planning emphasized the launch of an urgent grant for each Iraqi individual, as the minister affirmed the possibility of paying an amount of 30,000 dinars to 10 ten million Iraqi individuals who do not receive any salary from the state and according to the central data available at the Ministry of Planning, and. The government not to meet electricity wages for citizens until this year. ”
    The cell recommended to the government to “create an account for social solidarity that includes gentlemen, ministers and all special grades, to launch all exemptions available for importing food and agricultural materials to meet the full need of the citizen, to exempt companies, peasants, and contract farmers for the year 2020 according to all laws from rental charges, and to defer the payment of loans and amounts Due to borrowers from the Agricultural Bank, “the Ministry of Finance, and the postponement of the repayment of loans and amounts due for the year 2020 for farmers and farmers due to their borrowing of sums for the purchase of machinery, equipment and agricultural supplies from the General Equipment Company Agricultural farms. ”25 o
