The Ministry of Electricity announces the general alarm in preparation for the elections

{Local: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Electricity announced the completion of its full preparatory preparations for the success of the parliamentary elections in Iraq for the year 2021, which include ensuring that all electoral centers are equipped with electric power, numbering more than 6000 centers and in high coordination with the Electoral Commission.
A statement by the ministry, which the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of, stated, "The central directives were issued to the owners of the concerned public companies within the responsibility sector as follows:
First: Announcing the general mobilization of all general managers, their assistants, and working staff, and their presence in work centers around the clock for the days 8-10/10/2021.
Second: Completing all periodic maintenance work and securing immediate maintenance for emergency cases, and the presence of maintenance teams within residential areas and near polling stations to deal with emergency cases.
Third: Providing all the necessary requirements to sustain the work of the production units of fuel and the necessary maintenance equipment.
The statement added, "The same directives also included coordinating with the directors of the electoral centers in each governorate to report any technical malfunction in the energy supply directly by providing them with the phone numbers of the maintenance centers in an urgent manner, with an emphasis on the effective individual participation in the elections for all the cadres of the ministry and alternately within times." Specific on the polling day and taking into account the insurance of alternative staff at work sites.
