[rtl]Today, Tuesday, the State of Law coalition, led by Nuri al-Maliki, commented on the Federal Court's decision to dismiss the case for canceling the first parliament session and electing the Presidency of the Council .[/rtl]
[rtl]The leader in the coalition, Adel Al-Manea, said, "The Federal Court, if its specialization is constitutional legal, but it mixed between the political position and the legal position, and therefore it took into account the political aspect more than the legal, indicating that its decision "has a clear political aspect ."[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Manea added that "great pressures were placed on the Federal Supreme Court, and for this reason its decision was more political than legal and constitutional, and this same thing happened in the case of appealing the results of the early parliamentary elections ."[/rtl]
[rtl]Earlier in the day, the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq settled the controversy and issued a ruling on the legality of the first session of the Iraqi parliament .[/rtl]
