[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The Chargé d'Affairs of the Republic of Iraq in Manama, Abdul Salam Saddam Muhaisen, met with the Bahraini Minister of Industry and Trade, Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, at the headquarters of the Bahraini Ministry of Industry and Trade.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated: The two sides reviewed the strong and historical relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, where the Chargé d'Affaires affirmed Iraq's keenness to enhance cooperation and develop relations between the two countries.
For his part, the Bahraini Minister of Industry and Trade emphasized increasing investment opportunities between the two countries, especially in the field of food security, aluminum and petrochemicals, increasing the volume of trade exchange, exchanging visits between the two countries, activating the Iraqi- Bahraini Business Council and coordination between the chambers of commerce between the two countries.
