    Today, Friday, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Assadi, directed that files related to the full-time employee’s salary, in which “tampering and forgery” appear, be referred to an investigative committee.
    The Ministry stated in a statement, received by the “Al-Ma’louma” Agency, that “Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ahmed Al-Asadi chaired a meeting of the opinion committee in the presence of the undersecretaries and general directors of the Ministry’s departments and bodies,” indicating that “the topics listed on the agenda were discussed, foremost of which is the file of people with disabilities, and the issue of the committees was decided.” Medical and medical decisions for this category.
    She added, "The issue of the books referred by the Social Protection Authority regarding the examination of persons with disabilities by the medical committees of the Authority for the Care of People with Disabilities was discussed to determine the percentage of disability for the purpose of including them in the social protection subsidy."
    Al-Asadi directed, according to the statement, “to assign a committee from the medical committees in each governorate to examine the disabled referred by the Social Protection Authority and review the medical reports for the purpose of completing the procedures for including them in social assistance.”
    According to the statement, “the issue of medical decisions and transaction files of some beneficiaries of the full-time employee’s salary, in which cases of forgery emerged after the audit process conducted by the Ministry, was discussed. Al-Asadi directed that the files in which tampering and forgery of all priorities appeared, as well as those in which there was a forged medical decision, be referred to an investigative committee.” He also directed that the correct files in which there are no proper approvals be referred to the Audit Committee to consider the possibility of addressing them while carrying out the necessary legal procedures against those who are negligent.
    The statement continued, "During the meeting, discussions took place on the issue of digital transformation and the possibility of adopting electronic correspondence between the ministry's departments and other state institutions, while preparing the basic requirements and appropriate conditions for implementing this system."
