The Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, Benkin Rikani, confirmed that the government seeks to end the services crisis by adapting the Iraqi mentality towards projects.
Rikani said in a statement to Mawazine News, “The Iraqi mentality is the best in the world and we seek to adapt it to services and we seek to end the collective mentality and tribal crises.”
He added, "The government seeks to change the citizen's outlook toward services instead of useless political ideology."
Rekani pointed out that “launching strategic service projects strengthens the bond of society together.”
