    [ltr](Independent) .. the draft general budget for the year 2015 Law emphasized the adoption of national savings for all state employees system.[/ltr]
    [ltr] A source in the House of Representatives that Article 37 of the draft law received by the House of Representatives on Thursday included "for the purpose of the contribution of state employees and the public sector in the face of economic challenges and to support our security forces in securing the war against terrorism requirements are adopted national savings to the staff of the state system and the public sector issued by the Council of Ministers Federal ".[/ltr]

    The draft budget introduces a higher council for reconstruction

    [ltr] (Independent) .. Council of Ministers called for the creation of a Higher Council for reconstruction in Iraq.[/ltr]
    [ltr] The government's call came within the budget bill, which the House of Representatives completed the first reading, on Thursday ,.  Where the article pointed out that 27 of the Council of Ministers set up the Supreme Council for the reconstruction.[/ltr]
