    al-Asadi that presence and His Excellency President Jalal Talabani in
    the Iraqi political scene has touches of clear and positive, expressing
    hope that accompanies Excellency safety in his therapeutic to Germany
    and back near to his home.

    in the political landscape contributes significantly and clear to calm
    the soul and especially in his meetings intensive held with various
    political forces, stressing that the initiative of Mr. President
    Talabani in resolving the differences between the governments in Baghdad
    and Erbil began results achieved positive and show very well, and this
    is proof for his significant and positive role in resolving the
    differences between the political parties.

    This was the Secretary
    General of the Ministry of Peshmerga team Jabbar Yawar has confirmed
    that the talks held by officials of the Ministry of Peshmerga and the
    Ministry of Defense in Baghdad, on Wednesday, was generally positive,
    pointing out that the delegation Kurdistan Regional Government presented
    the plan on how to withdraw, distribution and re-deployment of troops
    in Kurdish areas outside region, as well as confirm the meeting on the

    Yawar pointed out that the
    federal government, in turn, submitted a plan of action orally, noting
    that after exchanging views all agreed to conduct a thorough study of
    the terms and clauses plans by members of the Supreme Labor Committee at
    their next meeting.
