    Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Thursday, a lack of intention to cancel the degrees of functional government, and among that the loan granted by the World Bank of Iraq and the deep billion and $ 200 million does not include any conditions, he pointed to the allocation of $ 200 million for the rehabilitation of the Mosul Dam. 

    Zebari said at a press conference at the Finance Ministry building in Baghdad, attended by Alsumaria News, that "Iraq happened before the end of the year on the loan by one billion and 200 million dollars from the World Bank," noting that "the loan does not include any conditions, but only some of the criteria to reform the administrative issues ".
     
     

     

    Zebari said, that "it was the allocation of $ 200 million of this loan for the rehabilitation of the Mosul Dam, and $ 300 million for the Basra Gas Company, and the rest of the loan up to 800 billion dinars to support the budget." 

    In response to a question about the government's intention to cancel functional degrees, Zebari stressed, saying "There is no cancellation of some grades, but our priorities to secure employees' salaries and social protection network." 

    The local media picked up in an earlier news time indicated the government's intention to abolish the functional degrees.
