Commission criticized the investment and the economy, parliamentary, Sunday, the performance of the national investment, inviting them to attract international companies and activation of the new investment law.
The MP said the committee Burhan Mamouri told / information / that his committee "hosted today, Chairman of the National Investment Commission, Sami al-Araji, to discuss investment in Iraq and the obstacles that stand in bringing investors and companies."
Mamouri added that "investment in Iraq wobbling because of the deadly red tape and poor performance of the national investment, and not to activate the investment law, which began a few months ago."
And that "the government and the Foreign Ministry did not circulate the draft investment embassies and states the law, which is a failure in the promotion of investment in the country," calling on "Investment Authority to attract foreign companies to the country and activation of the new investment law."
The government has sought over the years to the activation of the investment side of the country, through the General Investment Authority and its branches in other provinces, in order to revive the economy and contribute to the elimination of unemployment through the activation of the giant country's investment projects.
