MP for the National Alliance Hassan Khalati, said that "the budget will continue after the completion of the second reading in parliament, which was supposed to be read in yesterday's session, but because of the absence of a legal quorum was not put on the agenda of the meeting"
He said in a statement that "after the second reading, will go to the House of Representatives to vote on the budget law, and this is what we seek and work on it in the coming sessions."
He added that "the Kurdish deputies to stop boycotting the sessions of Parliament in relation to the budget of 2018, but everyone must resort to the Constitution in the issue of distribution of shares in the current budget."
The Kurdish blocs that the draft law of the financial budget for 2018 "marginalized" the Kurds and canceled the territorial entity, while pointed out that the participation of Kurds in the upcoming elections are not related to the implementation of their demands in the budget.
