    Political analyst Hazem Al-Bawi stressed on Friday the need for the central government to adopt diplomatic means to put an end to Washington's policies towards popular mobilization factions, pointing out that the strategic framework agreement with the United States requires the administration of Washington not to interfere in Iraq's internal affairs.
    "The Iraqi government is required to commit the American side to respect the strategic framework agreement signed between them, which stipulates mutual interference in internal affairs," Al-Bawi said in a statement.
    He added that "the sanctions imposed by Washington on the Iraqi political movement or the Iraqi faction, the loss of legal value and non-binding to Iraq, the fact that Baghdad is responsible for its internal affairs and the activities that are involved."
