The thief of the agricultural initiative is hiding in the streets of Rabia and Iraq is demanding

It seems that the thief who stole the funds of the agricultural initiative allocated by the government to promote the reality of agriculture is hiding in the streets of the high neighborhood of Rabieh in the Jordanian capital, to take the station to seek refuge in one of the European countries or the US loaded with money Haraam. 

Mohammed Hadi Karim al-Khafaji assumed an important position in the career ladder of the Ministry of Finance as director of the Agricultural Bank to trust the state funds and the interests of the people of the peasants and farmers, but this secretariat betrayed to worldly matters without religious or even moral deterrent.




The investor Ali Diab said in an interview for Alsumaria News that "the former director of the Agricultural Bank, one of the people who destroyed the agricultural reality in the country by stealing funds allocated to the agricultural initiative contracts and projects imaginary." 

"Khafaji took advantage of the job for the private benefit and looted millions of dollars from the wealth of the people and fled abroad as stocks and real estate," he said, calling on the financial, judicial, and judicial authorities to arrest him as soon as possible and recover Iraq's looted money . 


On June 4, 2018, the Supreme Judicial Council ordered all members of the judicial arrest and police to arrest the fugitive accused the director of the former Agricultural Bank Mohammad Hadi Karim al-Khafaji for deliberately damaging state funds.


Al-Khafaji took advantage of his position not only to steal money for his own account, but to grant fake loans to some companies and loans to companies outside the controls and mechanisms followed, causing the waste of large sums that were supposed to be granted to revive the agricultural reality. 

And the Supreme Judicial Council that the defendant has waived the agricultural initiative between 2011 and 2016 allocations and nearly 500 billion granted to the table gold company a loan of 15 billion dinars , other than controls. 

The Iraqi Interior Ministry, in turn, intensified its efforts to arrest the fugitive accused of being in the Jordanian capital and seeking asylum for one of the countries through the UN by sending a telegram to the Head of the Communication Division of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers Amman. So that a file can be sent back through diplomatic channels.



The Ministry of the Interior also issued a letter to the Ministry of Finance to inform the Iraqi Embassy in Jordan to confirm the presence of the accused and whether he had previously reviewed the embassy. 


The evidence indicates that the defendant lives in the building of the engineering building in the neighborhood of Rabieh in the Jordanian capital. He also opened a general trading and real estate development company in Jordan to his son Mustafa Mohammed Hadi al-Khafaji, in partnership with two others, one Iraqi and the other Jordanian nationality. 



On 31 August 2017, the Commission of Integrity announced the seizure of agricultural loan transactions that were disbursed without the knowledge of their owners in the Agricultural Cooperative Bank in Maysan Governorate, while confirming that the amounts of these loans amounted to 700 million dinars.
