In a statement, Kampash said in a statement that the file of those who hold more diplomas in Diyala, who number more than 2000, has suffered from unemployment for years, despite the fact that they represent national wealth, experience and competence, but they are unfortunately facing an unknown fate despite spending many years in order to win higher degrees.
She added, “Corruption, bureaucracy in the implementation of laws, patronage, and the lack of a comprehensive government vision to accommodate higher degrees in its institutions contributed to the birth of their tragedy,” stressing that “demonstrators with higher degrees in Baqubah are an alarm bell that will lead us to another popular explosion that does not stop at the borders of Diyala. ”
She stressed "the necessity of finding radical solutions to the file of the unemployed army of those with higher degrees because their conditions are very difficult, especially since most of them have been without any job for years." Calling on "the government to adopt their case according to a framework that contributes to providing radical solutions to their conditions away from decisions that do not address the problem in a comprehensive and rapid manner."
