    Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar Ismail confirmed, today, Wednesday, that Iraq seeks to invest 300 refiners of gas associated with oil operations.


    The ministry’s media office said in a statement that Alsumaria News obtained a copy of, that the minister “chaired a meeting that included the president of the Chinese CEPC company, the executing contractor for the Halfaya gas project, the president of Petrojaina, the main operator of the Halfaya oil field and a number of its officials, while the Ministry of Oil’s undersecretary for extraction affairs was present. Karim Hattab, Director General of Maysan Oil Company, Ali Jassem, and a number of officials in the concerned departments. "
