"A sign of war in Iran's reception of Al-Kazemi"
Shafaq News/ The prominent Iraqi politician and former deputy in the Iraqi parliament Mithal Al-Alusi commented on playing the soundtrack for the movie (The Message) on Sunday, when receiving Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi in Tehran.
Al-Alusi told Shafaq News Agency, "The playing of the soundtrack for the movie (The Message) when receiving Al-Kazemi in Tehran violates the international protocol norms in force when receiving officials from Iran."
He added that "this gives non-positive messages by playing such music that contains messages of war and not messages of peace."
Al-Alusi stressed, by saying, "Tehran is required to issue a clarification regarding its playing the soundtrack for the movie (The Message), and the goal of choosing this music during Al-Kazemi's visit to Tehran, especially at this important and sensitive time, which the region is going through from developments and political and security repercussions."
The official reception ceremony, by Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi, to the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, at the Conferences Palace in Tehran, music for the movie The Message was played, in addition to the playing of the national anthems of the two countries.
