On Thursday, the Kurdistan Democratic Party announced the appointment of Representative Vian Sabri as head of the party's bloc, and Representative Vian Dakhil, a spokeswoman for the bloc in the Federal Parliament.

The party's deputy, Shawan Clary, said in a statement to the Democratic Party website, followed by "Nass" (January 13, 2022), that "It was decided to appoint MP Vian Sabri as head of the party's bloc, and MP Vian Dakhil was appointed by the Kurdistan Democratic Party as her spokesperson."
"The deputy head of the bloc and the rapporteur will be appointed after the formation of the parliament's committees," Clary added.
