Al-Rikabi said in an exclusive interview with "Mawazine News", "The initiative, like its predecessors, came to break the political blockage and alleviate it, but this time it focused on two points.
He added, "The initiative stressed the Kurdish agreement, and these two points are of great importance in the great political breakthrough."
He pointed out that "the points that stressed the need to observe the constitutional terms proposed by Mr. Al-Sadr and other matters, we expect that there will be a political breakthrough with a title." Ended 29 / M 99
