Baghdad / Obelisk: The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, on Monday, July 4, 2022, the mechanism for distributing and disbursing the financial allocations allocated by the Food Security Law to the governorates and government ministries.
Committee member Jamal Cougar said in an interview with local media that the obelisk followed, that the mechanism for distributing funds and the allocations of governorates and ministries from the Emergency Food Security Support Law will be implemented in two meals, the first being spent from the beginning of the ratification of the law until the formation of the government.
He added that the second stage, which is half of the $7 trillion, is the prerogative of the new government, which adopts the mechanism of exchange and distribution, except in one case, which is amending the law before forming the government.
