    Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani announced the launch of an initiative in all governorates of Iraq, to ​​embrace, develop and sponsor all scientific and practical productive ideas, while stressing that the government's vision includes investing the entire body of the state.
    In a speech during the launching ceremony of the Riyada initiative for development and employment, Al-Sudani said, “Our government program takes care of the future vision of the country, just as it is dedicated to finding solutions to current problems,” noting that “our government is continuing to adopt and implement a long-term strategic development plan that aims to provide everything that is necessary to secure a decent life for all Iraqis.”
    He added, "The enormous changes and challenges require changing the methods and methods used to confront them, while preserving the original values ​​and principles of our society," stressing that "here the issue of (leadership culture) emerges, which deserves attention and work on it, to create a society that adheres to science and work, through operating in keeping with developments." technology, with the youth group being the main actor in all of this.”
    He pointed out that “our vision includes investing the entire body of the state, all government systems, and institutional centers, in all governorates of Iraq. At the forefront of these institutions are ministries; Higher education, education, labor and social affairs, youth and sports,” adding, “We are facing a general trend to create community leadership, through self-employment and building decent and necessary job opportunities.”
    And he continued, “We seek to develop technical education and vocational training systems, educational cadres, and students alike,” noting that “in cooperation with friends and benefiting from international experiences that are commensurate with the culture of the Iraqi system, we have prepared an important development initiative whose stations begin with electronic application, training, financing, and follow-up.” .
    And he went on to say, “I thank all the national parties supporting the initiative, and our international partners, especially our friends in the Kingdom of Norway and its embassy in Iraq, for their support of the Norwegian experience, which made for us a basis for a successful Iraqi program.
    He continued, "Today we announce the launch of an initiative in all governorates of Iraq, in universities, technical colleges, technical institutes, vocational preparatory schools, vocational training centers, youth centers and business incubators, for ages between 16-50 years, that is, wherever young people are, to embrace, develop and nurture all scientific and practical productive ideas."
    And between, “We will work in two axes: The first axis: is to start with the capabilities and competencies available for training in the first year and reach approximately 100,000 participants, women and men. And as follows: (in 20 youth forums out of 50), in (34 vocational training centers), in (15 business incubators), in (54 vocational preparatory schools out of 334), and in (75 university rehabilitation and employment divisions out of 383), stressing, “We promise you By reaching the furthest Iraqi trying to search for a real and decent opportunity.
