[rtl]The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, on Thursday, that the lack of financial liquidity is an obstacle to implementing the new salary scale.[/rtl]
[rtl]Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Moeen Al-Kazemi, said, "It is difficult to pass the new salary scale law due to the lack of sufficient financial liquidity," indicating that "the parties that are talking about the possibility of passing it are not informed about managing the state's financial affairs."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "The state is unable to provide the necessary financial liquidity, especially since the number of employees increases annually."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "The decision to approve the new scale is up to the government after studying it from all aspects."[/rtl]
[rtl]He pointed out that "it is expected that the law will not be passed during this year and will be postponed to the coming years, especially with the financial problems the country is suffering from and the large deficit in the 2024 budget."[/rtl]
