US Secretary of State John Kerry said the Iraqi government is working seriously on the rebuilding of the security system, which he described penetrated.
He said in the international coalition meeting, which was held today in Rome that “the Iraqi government is working seriously to rebuild the breached system security, despite delays in some countries to provide the necessary assistance.”
He noted, “the Iraqi side has made good steps and is still working to get to the best,” stressing that “the joint efforts of the Coalition has achieved tangible results in the fight against Daash”.
Kerry said, “the international coalition has made significant progress in the fight against Daash, where excelled at about 40% since the start of operations,” adding that “the air strikes on Daash killed more than 90 leaders of the organization.”
Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari arrived yesterday to the Italian capital Rome to represent Iraq in the meetings of the international coalition for the war on Daash held today. / End
