    Said National Alliance Amer Al-Fayez, on Thursday, that all that we are suffering from political problems and the spread of financial and administrative corruption is due to sectarian quotas of the elections.
    Fayez In an interview with "direction Press , " said there was a problem in the characters of the Electoral Commission of being divided between the main parties, noting that the election law is also a problem  , pointing out that addressing the problem must be radically change the electoral commission fully and keep itaway from quotas parties.
    He said Al-Fayez is no harm to the parties to nominate people independents do not have them and the loyalty of the party, noting that the Law Commission should be replaced by another law prevents the influence of big parties, which in the end go to share the cake among themselves.
    It is said that the President of the Board of Commissioners in the election commission Serbest Mustapha, confirmed Saturday July 16, 2016, if you make changes and reforms in the Office of the jurisdiction of the House of Representatives.
    He Serbest that "any changes occur to the Commission is supposed to be under the Board of Commissioners, which is provided for in the Commission Act, Phi reduce or add to the Board or his work or the nature of the decision-making prerogatives of mechanisms are supposed to be under an amendment of this law," adding that " this issue back to the House of Representatives. "
    He explained that "the Commission structure approved by the State Council after the approval of the Ministry of Finance, and needs to be adjusted prior approvals from the State Consultative Council and the Ministry of Finance.
