14. Within the next few days, invitations will be submitted to eligible entities after completion of the RFP format.

15. Two committees of experts and experts have been formed to open, analyze and evaluate tenders, referral and control under the standard weights and reference clauses to ensure transparency and quality of selection according to the RFP on July 16, 2017. In accordance with the timetable for the bidding stage, a file of tender offers and tender files was submitted for the selection of the consultant supervising the implementation on (4/7/2017) and the date of receiving bids will be on (24/7/2017).
