    MP of the coalition of state law Zeinab al-Khazraji said on Tuesday that "the budget of 2018 is still in the government and has not been sent to the House of Representatives so far after it was returned to the government because of disagreement over it."
     
    Al-Khazraji said in a press statement that the agreement was reached between the deputies of the oil-producing provinces will not vote on the general budget of the country and even reject it if it does not include the rights of our oil producing provinces from the entitlement of the petrodollar and this natural right will not allow not give to our provinces under the pretext Financial austerity ".

    And signs that "differences over the budget is still ongoing and there is no solution regarding them and that most of the political blocs have objections to the budget which is likely not to pass if not included requests of the political blocs budget law for the current year, which we live in the first days."
     
    "We appreciate the situation of the financial crisis in the country, but this is one of the rights of our oil-producing provinces, without which there would have been no financial income due to the production of oil and must hand over this right to the oil-producing provinces ."
     
    He concluded by saying that "our provinces suffer from the deterioration of infrastructure and the health sector and the disruption of projects because of the lack of financial funding, which we stress in the budget to include our rights and if not included, we will not vote on it and we will reject this and a natural right and constitutional will not be tolerant and intolerant not give to our provinces that live a bitter reality We will not accept it any more . "
