The head of the parliamentary bloc of good parliamentary Mohamed Khaldi, Saturday, that the House of Representatives can not vote on the budget without the receipt of the final accounts, indicating that the parliament will change all the details of the budget in the coming days.
"The government is obliged to hand over the final accounts in the coming days because the House of Representatives does not intend to vote on the budget without receiving final accounts," Khalidi said in a statement.
He added that "the parliamentary finance committee will conduct a comprehensive amendment to the budget and all its details in order to equate all provinces according to the population census and need for projects."
"The required amendments are the addition of all government imports, such as hospitals, customs, refineries and other revenues and not counting the budget only on oil," Khalidi explained, "noting that" the budget amendment needs an additional three months to pass. Ending / 25 d
