Suron reveals material for general managers who oppose the budget
A coalition called upon the leadership of Moqtada al-Sadr to cancel the exemption of staff at the rank of Director General and above of the unified pension law.
The second deputy of the Sadoun bloc Sadiq al-Sulaiti said in a statement on Monday that Article 15 of the General Budget Law stipulates that "the transfer of the rank of director general and above to retirement is an exception to the unified pension law after the entry into force of this law."
Al-Sulaiti said that this text contradicts the principle of equality in the terms of referral to retirement and is considered an illegal transgression of the law and contrary to the decision of the Federal Court.
