The leader of the alliance, "Saron" Nasar al-Rubaie, it refuses to stay foreign troops in Iraq, but it puts the matter in the hands of the Iraqi government.
"Our decision is final not to allow any foreign forces to be present in Iraq, but the government and the military professionals will have to appreciate the military support, but within the framework of equality of support from other foreign parties," Rubaie told a news conference in an alliance with Fatah leader Hadi al-Amiri.
"The survival of any forces should not be the attack on the Iraqi people," he said.
