Changing the name of the Sadrist movement...a resigned representative: History is circular and we will represent “Alawite Shiism”

The resigned representative of the Sadrist bloc, Ghayeb Al-Amiri, said that the adoption of the name “Shiite National Movement” by the leader of the movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, has “universal” connotations and implications, indicating that Al-Sadr’s goal in changing the name is continuity and permanence and that the movement of history is “circular.” He explained that the National Movement reflects the true image of “Alawite Shiism.”
Al-Amiri stated in a statement:
The Shiite National Movement is a name that has connotations and implications that encompass a cognitive history and constants based on religious and national principles and values. It must be read as it is, as the movement cannot be considered a party, movement, or specific group, until it is destined to appear or emerge, then weaken, then disappear as it is. As with all of these designations, the evidence is clear and clear, as history taught us, which always has a circular movement.
Leader Al-Sadr can only have the goal of naming the movement unless he knows that he wants it to continue and perpetuate because it is synonymous with the people and is closely linked to it in terms of meaning.
Then he honored him by describing him as a patriot, as Sadr should be, as he is the faithful guardian of the homeland.
He increased the nation's dignity with his strength, courage, and Shiite values, inspired by all the great manifestations of Muhammadan Islam and what the honorable family of the Prophet, who preserved the Book of God and the Sunnah of the Noble Messenger, followed.
He and his national movement are able to reflect the true image of Alawite Shiism, which protected the message of his grandfather, Muhammad al-Sadiq al-Amin, and therefore he is the most capable of protecting his beloved Iraq, with the faithful leader al-Sadr and whatever he chooses always and forever. May God grant us success in that and grant us success and guidance.
