    The Border Ports Authority announced that the Council of Ministers took several binding decisions to strengthen and guarantee the management unit in the border outlets, considering that the authority is the authority to control, supervise and control the departments operating in the border outlets, and to ensure the unity of the administration in all the ports, according to a statement received by Murbed.
    The statement continued, it can be summarized what was taken at the meeting, which is the adoption of the interpretation of Article (3 / first) of the Law of Border Ports Authority No. (30) for the year 2016 clarifying the tasks of the authority and considering it the authority to control, supervise and monitor the departments operating in the border port and in order to achieve this issue Orders and directives that ensure the smooth functioning of the border outlets, and those departments adhere to the directives and orders issued by them, except in the event of contentious points, then they are presented to the Board of Frontier Ports Authority for decision.
    He added, as the Council of Ministers decided to compel all departments operating in border crossings, including banks, to work for a period of (24 hours) a day and to create ways to achieve this.
    He continued, the council affirmed in its decisions that the role of the border entry authority (control, audit supervision, and security investigation) be ensured to ensure the unity of the border crossing administration, without interfering with technical aspects, with an emphasis on referring the seizures to the concerned authorities and obliging them to file cases before the competent courts each according to Specialize and notify the executor of that.
