The Maysan Electricity Department announced, on Tuesday, a complete shutdown of the electrical system in four southern governorates.
The department's media said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that "a complete shutdown occurred in the electrical system in the southern governorates (Samawah, Maysan, Dhi Qar and Basra)."
She added, "This was done without knowing the reasons." Ended 29/A 43
