Today, Tuesday, the Maysan Electricity Department announced a complete shutdown of the electrical system in four southern governorates .
And the department's media stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "a complete extinguishing took place in the electrical system in the southern provinces (Samawah, Maysan, Dhi Qar and Basra)."
She added, "This was done without knowing the reasons."
