    Stressed the economic and investment commission in Parliament member Abdul-Salam al-Maliki, said on Monday that the political courtesy to the House of Representatives prevented approval of oil and gas law during the last period, while noting that the passage of the law expires problems between the center and the region.
    Maliki, in an interview with "direction Press," said that the first beneficiary of the disabled passing of the bill is the Kurdistan region of Iraq to the fact that the rest of the oil-producing provinces under the central administration in the sales, production and export operations, according to the Constitution with the exception of Kurdistan, which is acting on oil exports for its own account, noting that the law forbids process waste oil and disable the will of Kurdish in the House of Representatives.
