A member of the Finance Committee of Parliament, Siham al-Aqili, on Thursday, the inclusion of the installation of contracts of employees of the Ministry of Electricity and completion of the highway between the provinces of Maysan and Basra within the amendments to the federal budget for 2019.
"The installation of the contracts of employees of the Ministry of Electricity was included within the federal budget for 20019, as well as the inclusion of the completion of the road to the link between the provinces of Maysan and Basra," pointing out that "the Finance Committee will hold a second meeting with the Ministry of Finance on Next Monday to discuss the installation of all contract employees in the state departments within the budget. "
She added that "the Finance Committee made 47 observations during its previous meeting with the Minister of Finance to amend the budget items," indicating that "there is a demand to increase the development funds of the regions to two trillion to achieve the completion of service projects in the provinces."
The Minister of Electricity Louay Khatib has confirmed, earlier, that the Ministry has made extraordinary efforts to include the paragraph Install Contractors in the budget of 2019, indicating that it is now under the dome of Parliament and have the decision.
