The ministry of finance and economy has decided to deal with the price of one dollar against 1300,<> dinars in all government offices and institutions.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Kurdistan Region today 01/03/2023 has sent a letter to all ministries and government offices stating that "[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for the letter of the Central Bank of Iraq no. (5/11/868) on (08/02/2023) regarding the price "The exchange of foreign currencies will be carried out in all krg offices and institutions on 14/02/2023, at a price of one US dollar against 1300,<> Iraqi dinars."
This comes at a time when Iraq has faced problems with rising dollars for months, and the Iraqi Council of Ministers has previously approved a proposal by the Central Bank to lower a dollar to 1300,<> dinars.
