[rtl]Bitcoin approached $70,000 on Monday, as a wave of inflows into exchange-traded funds in the largest digital asset, along with optimism over the outlook for U.S. regulations, supported sentiment. [/rtl]
[rtl]The cryptocurrency rose 1% before paring gains to trade little changed at $68,720 at 11 a.m. Singapore time. Smaller tokens such as second-largest Ethereum and top-10 cryptocurrency Solana were trading in a tight range.[/rtl]
[rtl]U.S. exchange-traded funds attracted nearly $2.4 billion in net inflows in the six days through Oct. 18, according to data compiled by Bloomberg, in part on bets that U.S. regulations on cryptocurrencies will become friendlier after the Nov. 5 presidential election.[/rtl]
