The Anbar Criminal Court issued a seven-year prison sentence today, Monday (October 21, 2024) against the former director of Rafidain Bank/Khalidiya branch for the crime of wasting public money.
The media center of the Judicial Council stated in a statement received by "Baghdad Today" that "the convict issued letters of guarantee in violation of the law."
It added that "the ruling was issued based on the provisions of Article 340 of the Penal Code."
