    [rtl]The value of Brazilian exports to Iraq increased in the first nine months of 2024 by 16.82% to reach 1.18 billion US dollars, according to data from the Brazilian Customs Authority.[/rtl]
    [rtl] The value of Brazilian sugar exports to Iraq increased by 18% to reach $395 million, after it was $334 million in 2023. [/rtl]
    [rtl]Meat exports from Brazil to Iraq increased by 46% to reach $343 million, up from $235 million in 2023.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Livestock exports also increased by 990% to reach $207 million, up from $96 million in 2023.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Exported oils decreased by 66% to reach $118 million, after being $264 million in 2023. In contrast, Iraq’s exports to Brazil, of which oil derivatives represent the largest part, decreased to reach less than $200,000 only, after being $1.6 million in 2023.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Iraq ranks 29th as the largest importer from Brazil in the world and fourth among Arab countries as the largest importer from Brazil after the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
